Experiencing lip sync on your TV5015?
We are committed to providing the latest in technology and in effort to do so we have made available a software upgrade that eliminates lip sync on some High Definition channels.

The links below are to the loading tool, the latest version software upgrade and instructions. To download, simply right-click (Windows) or hold control and click (Mac OS) on the required file. Be sure to load the UPD Tool file before commencing upgrade.

Please ensure that you have a serial port cable (cross over cable) to connect from the RS-232 port of your TV5015 HD Set Top Box to the COM 1 Port on the back of your PC. The cable required is a female-to-female 9-pin head (see diagram below). If you do not have access to this cable please contact the support hotline number listed below.
